“We hardly ever throw anything away,” Perko said. “We turn scraps into Wack Packs, smaller scraps into smaller bags, very small scraps into wallets. Everything gets used.” All the employees at Oveja Negra take it a few steps further. 

Wilson said, “We are recycling anything possible that we can. We produce one bag of garbage a week out of this place. There are 16 of us that work here...”
